¿Dónde tienen oficinas?

• Nuestras oficinas principales están en Ponce, pero practicamos en TODO PUERTO RICO. Puerto Rico no es grande, así que viajamos a donde sea. Desde Fajardo hasta Rincón, desde Arecibo hasta Ponce, si su trámite legal requiere que viajemos, así lo haremos.
• Si tenemos que viajar al extranjero a atenderlo, así lo haremos también. No tenemos reparos con viajar fuera de Puerto Rico para atender sus necesidades. Sabemos que somos parte de un mercado internacional, y eso podría incluir viajar a sus facilidades en Bangkok, así lo haremos. ¿Necesita revisar un contrato en Bélgica? Reajustamos nuestros itinerarios a sus necesidades. Laptop y pasajes en mano, a donde nos necesiten. Ese es nuestro lema.

¿De dónde son sus clientes?

• La mayoría de nuestros clientes resden fuera de Puerto Rico, y muchas veces no tienen que viajar a Puerto Rico para atender sus asuntos legales.

¿Sólo atienden clientes grandes o pequeños?

• Atendemos clientes de todos los tamaños, de todas las profesiones, y le damos el mismo trato a todos. No importa si su asunto legal parezca pequeño, para nosotros todos son iguales: Importantísimos.

¿Podré consultar con un abogado sobre mi asunto legal?

• Somos un bufete pequeño, y creemos que el cliente siempre debe consultar su caso con un abogado. Siempre que llame será atendido por un abogado.

¿Puedo contratar sus servicios por Internet?

• ¡Pues claro que sí! En muchas ocaciones, nuestros clientes jamás viajan a Puerto Rico para contratarnos. Lo hacen todo por teléfono, e-mail, fax y correo.

¿Qué formas de pago aceptan?

• Aceptamos efectivo, Cheques de gerente o certificados, Transferencias electrónicas de fondos (EFT), Giros postales o bancarios y Tarjetas de Crédito a través de Paypal y Moneybookers.

¿Cómo yo sé si tengo que viajar a Puerto Rico?

• Sabemos que para algunas personas el viajar y hospedarse a Puerto Rico para un asunto legal es costoso. Así que, cuando es posible, organizamos sus procedimientos legales para minimizar la cantidad de viajes a Puerto Rico. Si es posible, acumulamos todo para que pueda efectuar en el mismo día. Cada caso es particular, pero sabemos que su tiempo vale, y ajustamos nuestros horarios al suyo.

Where are your offices located?

• Our main offices are in Ponce, but we practice in ALL OF PUERTO RICO. Puerto Rico isn’t large, so we can travel to wherever we are needed. From Fajardo to Rincón, from Arecibo to Ponce, if your legal matter requires that we travel, we will.
• If we have to travel outside of Puerto Rico to meet your needs, we will. We know that we are part of a Global Market, and if that includes visiting your facilities in Bangkok, or reviewing a contract in Belgium, we’ll adjust our watches, and pack our bags. We’ll bend our schedule to yours. Laptop and airline ticket in hand, wherever we’re needed. That’s our motto.

Where are your clients located?

• Most of our clients live outside Puerto Rico, and in many cases, they have no need to travel to Puerto Rico to handle their legal matters here.

Do you handle small or large cases?

• We handle all sorts of cases, both small and large, simple and complex, brought to us by clients of all professions, and we treat each one the same way. It doesn’t matter how small your case might seem, for us they look the same: VERY IMPORTANT.

• We’re a small law firm, and we believe that every client should always be able to consult their case and have their questions answered by a lawyer. Every time you call, your call will be handled by a lawyer.

Can I hire your services through the Internet?

• Of course you can! Many times, our clients rarely ever travel to Puerto Rico to hire our services. They can do everything through the phone, e-mail, fax or postal mail.

What forms of payment do you accept?

• We accept Cash, Manager’s or Cashier’s Checks, Electronic Fund Transfers (EFT), Postal or Bank Money Orders, and all major credit cards through Paypal and Moneybookers.

How will I know if I have to travel to Puerto Rico?

• We are aware that for some clients, traveling and staying in Puerto Rico to handle a legal matter can be very expensive. So, when possible, we schedule and organize your legal matters so that in most cases only one trip to Puerto Rico is necessary, if at all. Ever case is unique, but we know that your time is your most costly asset, so we adjust our schedule to meet yours.
